At Shopinggcc, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return an item. Below, we have outlined our returns and refunds policy, including the applicable procedures.

As part of our quality assurance, we reserve the right to inspect returned goods to verify any reported faults or damage. This helps us handle returns fairly and efficiently.
IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND (RIGHT TO CANCEL)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you decide to cancel your order after receiving your items, you may return the product for a full refund under the following conditions:
30-Day Return Period
- You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return items for any reason
- The return period begins on the day you (or someone you nominate) receives the goods
- For orders with multiple items delivered separately, the return period starts when you receive the last item
Return Conditions
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resellable condition
- All original accessories, manuals, and packaging must be included
- Items must be returned in their original condition without damage
Exclusions from Right to Cancel
This cancellation right does not apply to:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Perishable goods
- Digital goods (e-books, software, downloadable content, etc.)
- Sealed items that have been opened (such as software, DVDs, or CDs)
- Items that deteriorate rapidly or have a short shelf life
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item
- We may deduct reasonable costs if the item has been handled more than necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning
- Original delivery charges will be refunded (except for premium delivery options you chose over our standard delivery)
IF YOUR PRODUCT IS FAULTY ON ARRIVAL
If your item is faulty upon delivery, you have the right to:
- A repair
- A replacement
- A full refund
Procedure for Faulty Items
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving the item to arrange a return
- Provide your order number and details of the fault
- We may request photos or videos to assess the fault
- If a repair is not feasible, we will provide a replacement or a refund in line with Canadian consumer laws
- We will cover all return shipping costs for faulty items
IF YOUR PRODUCT DEVELOPS A FAULT AFTER USE
If your product develops a fault after use, most items are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. In such cases:
- We recommend contacting the manufacturer directly for the fastest resolution
- Some manufacturers offer on-site repairs or telephone support
- If further assistance is required, you may contact us for support
- If a repair is not possible, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and in accordance with Canadian consumer law
Warranty Periods
- 0-30 days: Full refund, repair, or replacement at your choice
- 30 days – 6 months: Right to repair or replacement; refund if these aren’t possible
- 6 months – 2 years: Right to repair or replacement (you may need to prove the fault existed at purchase)
IF YOUR PRODUCT IS DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please follow these steps:
- Refuse delivery if the package is significantly damaged
- If you accept the delivery, note the damage on the courier’s receipt
- Contact us within 30 days with photos of the damage
- We will arrange a replacement once the damaged item is returned to our warehouse
- We will cover all costs associated with returning damaged items
IF YOU RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM
If you receive an item that is different from your order:
- Notify us within 30 days by contacting customer service
- Provide your order number and details of the incorrect item received
- We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no additional cost
- We will provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item
- You will not be charged for return shipping
IF YOU RECEIVE A DUPLICATE ORDER
If you receive a duplicate order:

- We will arrange a prepaid return and full refund

Who Pays Return Shipping?
We Pay When:

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
For orders shipped outside the Canadian Region:
- Same return periods apply (30 days)
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless item is faulty
- Items must be returned to our Canadian address

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Hygiene products that have been opened

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:
- Return the original item for a refund
- Place a new order for the desired item
- This ensures you receive the item quickly
